Natural gemstones are unique — no two stones are identical. Images on product pages represent the actual stone available for purchase unless otherwise noted as a "representative image."

Carat weight, dimensions, and clarity grades are provided to the best of our expert assessment. Certified stones will include certification details where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit quantities on any product.

4. Orders & Inquiries

Submitting an Inquiry Form does not guarantee stone availability or reserve a price — our team will confirm availability, final pricing, and shipping cost before any payment is requested.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation is issued by our team.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, taxes, and export certification fees unless explicitly stated.

Gemstones exported from Tanzania may require official export certification and customs documentation. We handle this process on your behalf where applicable, and any associated fees will be communicated before shipping.
